Fortunatly I hav not had a chance to use and analise this product. I live in lower NY region and there are a lot and growing black bear pop.(and there in close proximity to humans-and increasingly beligerant)We cant buy bear repellant here as all mace products wer restricted to law enforcment. Your phone sales rep was wonderfull and sale appreciated. Wether it is legal or gray area I would much rather tangle with a DA in court than a bear in the woods. MANY THANKS from a avid sportsman and archer
